Cancellation Policy

We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise. If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, we kindly request at least 24 hours' notice. Those within 1 to 12 hours will be charged 10% of the session price. Cancellations or no-shows within 1 hour will be charged 100% of the session price. This allows us to offer your time slot to another guest. While we strive to be flexible, late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a fee.
